Winter on Lake Iseo

The Winter on Lake Iseo is like a playground for those who love outdoor adventures: walks, snowshoeing, and heart-racing skiing. All this while being surrounded by a postcard-perfect Alpine landscape!

For you, two suggestions for the month of February:

#1

Winter trekking to Rifugio Magnolini – Monte Alto

Embark on a 3-hour adventure amidst alpine huts and breathtaking views of Lake Iseo. Park your car at “Cascina Ai Ciar” in Ceratello and set out towards Rifugio Magnolini. Run by a young and super-friendly team, the place is welcoming, and the food is delicious! During winter weekends, it’s possible to stay overnight.

And if you still have energy, reach the summit of Monte Alto. A 30-minute walk from the refuge to the peak rewards you with a spectacular view of the Valle Camonica, with glimpses of Lake Iseo.
