The Glisenti farm produces an excellent quality oil: the DOP EVO Oil, offering a unique product with fruity flavors, a delicate aroma at the opening followed by herbaceous and almond notes.
These valuable characteristics are the result of a completely manual procedure, so as not to cause any damage to the olives. The olive tree plantation is located in Vello, a fraction of the municipality of Marone and can only be reached on foot.
