The Social Dairy of Sebino and Valle Camonica was founded in 1982 on the proposal of some farmers of Lake Iseo’s and Caminica Valley’s area, born with the aim of organising the business of collecting and transforming milk from local agriculture into dairy products, thus favouring the integration of the income of peasant families and the maintenance of the mountain agricultural economy, which is so important for Brescia’s valleys both from an environmental and tourist point of view.

The products of the Dairy in the province of Brescia: Casolet, Rosa Camuna, Formaggella montana, Formaggella Fior di Monte, Casatta di Corteno Golgi, Piccoli, Adamello Dolce, Nostrano Cissva, Silter, Cuor di Valle, the Grassina Val d’Angolo, the Formaggella Rustichella Camuna, the Stanga and the UHT milk.
