I Barisèi

In the heart of Franciacorta, ever since 1898, the big Bariselli family has been renewing its passion for the homeland, its respect for traditions  and its vocation to hospitality. Those are the main characteristics of this family business.

The company currently works 40 hectares of vineyards all in the best areas of the historical glacial valley of Franciacorta and it uses ancestral agricultural practices such as the use of what I Barisèi call “our black butter” (organic fertilizer of animal origin). Here are different types of production: Sempiterre Brut, made up of grapes 90% Chardonnay and 10% of Pinot Noir; Satèn Cuvée Millesimata, 100% Chardonnay in purity; Rosè Cuvée Millesimata, 100% Pinot Noir; Natura Cuvée Millesimata, composed of 80% Chardonnay grapes and 20% Pinot Noir and Mariadri Cuvée Millesimata, 100% Chardonnay.
