Rosso Bronzone
The Rosso Bronzone, obtained from a blend of Merlot-Cabernet sauvignon, Franconia and other red berried grapes of ancient cultivation in the area, is the result of small vineyards cultivated by passionate winemakers who, on the slopes of the Orobic Prealps, using a single microclimate conditioned by the breezes of the mountains, meeting the temperate air of Lake Iseo and exploiting exposure to the sun’s rays, produce a wine that is unique in aromas, fragrances and flavours with ancient roots that have come down to us also thanks to the traditional farming systems of old vines, such as the pergola located on small terraces.
This wine splendidly accompanies typical local products of unparalleled charm such as cured meats, meats and cheeses which, drawing fragrances from pastures, huts and fields of high hills and mountains, express unsurpassed poems of flavours.
Wine to be drunk young (1-2 years), served at room temperature. Given by the producers and assembled in a single batch, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest and can be kept for 2-3 years without losing its peculiarities.
