The grappa produced with Franciacorta and Val Calepio pomace encompasses all the flavour and scent typical of Italian spirits thanks to the traditional steam distillation. These liqueurs are exquisitely distilled spirits from selected grape-marc, the sensory characteristics of which vary according to the vineyard of origin.

Their flavour changes according to the distillation process used and can be velvety, mellow or sharp and the colour can go from light and crystal clear to amber-coloured.
