The trail / der Weg

The route starts from Via Faletto, near the Sarnico post office. Take via Faletto uphill. At the end of the road, keep right following the TPC signs, and once you get back on the paved road, keep left and take the path that leads to Località La Forcella, a balcony over Lake Iseo. Cross the road and take the uphill the path n. 701. After a few uphill bends, the path continues in the woods until it reaches a mule track called “Tagliafuoco” which leads to Colle Cambline. At this point always following the signs n. 701 turn right; the path crosses a roccolo and continues in the woods until it meets the paved road. The route continues in the meadow on the right and in a few minutes you reach the top where the Croce di Predore is located, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view on the lake, the Torbiere del Sebino and the surrounding mountains.

DE – Die Route beginnt in Via Faletto, in der Nähe der Post von Sarnico, mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Man nimmt die Via Faletto bergauf. Man hält sich am Ende der Straße rechts und folgt den TPC-Schildern. Wenn man wieder auf die asphaltierte Straße zurückgekehrt ist, hält man sich links und nimmt den Weg, der zur Località La Forcella führt, einem Balkon über dem Iseosee. Man überquert die Straße und nimmt den ansteigenden Weg Nr. 701. Nach einigen Steigungen geht der Weg weiter durch den Wald, bis einen Saumpfad namens “Tagliafuoco” erreicht wird, der zum Colle Cambline führt. An dieser Stelle muss man immer den Hinweisen des Weges 701 folgen und rechts abbiegen; Der Weg überquert einen Felsen und führt weiter durch den Wald, bis zur asphaltierten Straße. Die Route setzt sich auf der rechten Wiese fort und erreicht in wenigen Minuten den Gipfel, wo sich die Croce di Predore befindet, von der aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See, den Torbiere del Sebino und die umliegenden Berge genießen kann.

Follow the direction to Lake Iseo and Sarnico. Go along Corso Europa up to the Sarnico post office.

It is possible to park near the post office.
